1947 Spartan Manor - Asking $3,500 Lowered to $2,500

This is an all aluminum, aircraft riveted trailer.  Length is 25' (bumper to
ball).  Serial # is: 2547-3918.  Has clear CA title and current
registration. 

Trailer is in good, solid condition overall with the original wood interior.
Floor is solid, with original maroon colored linoleum on the floor in fair
condition, with a few crack lines here and there.  Original couch in front
room, with magazine racks built into each end of it.

Kitchen:  Kitchen is in pretty good condition except for two drawers
missing. (there is a front of one drawer there).  Kick plate is missing off
the bottom of the refrigerator.  Original Dixie Stove looks to be in good
condition, but missing one burner cover.  

The three vent areas in ceiling of trailer are in good condition.  Front
room window glass on passenger side missing, also missing glass from round door window on passenger side.

Bedroom:  Original mattress on the double bed.  Fold down dresser/desk in bedroom.  Toilet has been installed in the bedroom closet,  making a very tiny bathroom.

Outside Condition:  Trailer is pretty clean except for a few dings and bumps (see close-ups).   Front plexiglas is spider-webbed looking.   One
wheel-well cover is missing.  Other one is in excellent condition, good  for
a pattern.  Front door handle parts are there.
