1946 SPARTAN MANOR, #0334, 25 FT. LENGTH, WT APPROX. 3,700 LBS.

This is Spartan Manor number 334, built the first year Spartan began making trailers.  Exterior is VERY CLEAN.  No dents, just two or three small blemishes.  Wheel bearings recently repacked.  Tires are good.  Plexiglas in front in excellent condition.  Doors close and lock and all outer storage compartments lock and have keys.

Interior of trailer has been painted pale green.  Some good quality remodeling was done a few years back.  Double bed in back room, with a bathroom added across from the bed area.  Bathroom area built quite well. 3-Way refrigerator works, and matching cook stove works also.  Floor is solid, except for small area near front of trailer.  Carpet has been removed.  Trailer needs some work inside.  Electric and plumbing are untested, and probably need some work.  Exterior running lights work.
