Original wood interior in great condition - original Dixie stove and refrigerator/ice box work and are in good condition - no damage to the original cushions.  Replaced floor tile in vintage red.    All known wood rot removed and replaced with oak.  No broken windows and all new window stripping.  Tires 1 1/2 years old.  New wiring, current registration and have pink slip. Needs exterior work only.
