"The Last Progress Page"

4/22/02 - The last week before the trip to the Dam Gathering at Lake Shasta...soooo, lots of finishing touches are to be added...we are on the last of the aluminum to be put on, the windows are all in, the mini-blinds are on order, the front curtain will be put in soon, the side doors to the trunk have to be made and installed...piece of cake! Oh yeah...I gotta work between everything!!!

4/27/02 - Pics haven't been taken the last couple of days, but we've continued to make progress...as you can see, the front curtain is made, we found some "wood/plastic" trim and painted it to make the edging, etc...lots more to do today...more pics will be added throughout the day since this is the last push to get it all done...

OK, She went outside and Carolyn just had to take more pics...we're workin' to get to Shasta!!!

The mini blinds finally arrived (after threatening bodily harm) and they were installed this morning...only one glitch...the one for the back window on the door side was 4 inches too short...so, we punted for the time being...as you can see, Carolyn is great with the curtain department. The hatch covers are being made...just a couple more details and she'll be ready to go!!!

4/29/02 - Ok, so, here it is.......TADA!!! With doors and all...just some touch up paint and we're ready to go!!! FINALLY!!!!

It's almost 5 and we got her hooked up to the truck...we had a "christening" that included the neighborhood who have watched us from day one...thanks for the encouragement throughout the year!!! Took her around the block and all seemed to be just fine!
