Rivernook 2005

October 27-30, 2005

This year the gathering grew exponentially.  We had at least 43 trailers, one "vintage" 2005 RV, and about 90 people.  There were over 80 people attending the potluck (finally, the Coxes arrived on time!:) and there were several who did not participate.  What fun we had the entire time!!!

Fishing wasn't very good for Carolyn (not for a lack of trying), but there were a LOT of others who caught their limit every day.   The river was flowing high and it was wonderful just to be there.

We were able to see many old friends and make new friends.  For us, the people are what makes the whole thing work.  The trailers are just a means to an end.

We look forward to a great year of camping.  Our time at Rivernook is always good no matter the weather or fishing outcome.
